As we did in May the June workshop will be held on a Friday since people tend want their weekends free during the summer. During the May workshop we used the organizational constellation methodology to explore the process for change and growth at the professional level. Generally, when we start with a professional issue or goal we often find the source of the issue is related to a family dynamic that needs to addressed or at least acknowledge. The work last month
was no exception in this tendency to need to look back before we can fully move forward to achieve our professional aspirations.

This June participants will have the opportunity to explore professional or organizational issue as we do in all our workshops. We will also consider doing a type of constellation that delves into social, political or peace making related issues. Societies, be they global or national, are like organizations in that the interaction of different groups and functions is affected a set of dynamics both hidden and visible. By bringing these hidden dynamics to light issues that seemed perennially stuck or dysfunctional can shift into a new set of possibilities, at least from our personal point view. Hope you can join us on June 25th.

Here are some comments from previous workshop participants:

“It was so thought provoking and emotionally deep. I think we all got a tremendous amount of benefit and insights from it. "

“There was deep truth and value to have seen what arose for us” (during a constellation on a family business).

“Congratulations on using the family constellations process so well to open my friend’s heart and eyes – he was still buzzing when I dropped him off at Metro and very impressed with the insights that he had received.”

“Thank you so much for yesterday’s program and work with me. That was so valuable and insightful.  Processing it from a felt-sense continues to elicit insights and guide my next steps.”
